- Transformative parody works under fair use
- Generic non-proprietary designs
- Cultural commentary and satire
- Internet culture artistic expression

2. NO AFFILIATION
Flexdial is NOT affiliated with:
- Apple Inc. or any Apple products
- Any technology companies
- Any brands, trademarks, or logos
- Any persons, characters, or franchises
- Any gaming/entertainment companies
- Any content creators or IP holders

Any similarities are coincidental, parody, or AI-generated without intent to infringe.

3. AI CONTENT DISCLOSURE
Designs created using:
- Generative AI image systems
- Large Language Models
- Algorithmic design tools
- Public dataset-trained models

We cannot guarantee AI output doesn't resemble existing works. Any similarities are unintentional algorithmic outputs.

4. DMCA COMPLIANCE
To report infringement:

Include:
1. Your signature (electronic/physical)
2. Identification of copyrighted work
3. URL of allegedly infringing material
4. Your contact information
5. Good faith belief statement
6. Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury

We will remove valid claims within 48 hours.

5. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
If content wrongly removed, email with:

5. Consent to Delaware jurisdiction
6. Agreement to accept service of process

6. USER LICENSE
Purchase grants personal-use license only. NO commercial use, redistribution, or modification rights.

7. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
Three strikes = permanent ban:
- First: Warning
- Second: Suspension
- Third: Termination

8. FAIR USE DEFENSE
Many designs are protected parody/satire under 17 U.S.C. § 107 fair use doctrine.
