- Any third-party brands, companies, or intellectual property holders
- Any celebrities, public figures, or real persons
- Any copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarked materials

2.3. Any resemblance to existing intellectual property is purely coincidental, constitutes protected parody, or represents algorithmic AI output without human intent to infringe.

2.4. "Apple Watch" and related terms are used solely for compatibility description under nominative fair use.

3. PRODUCT NATURE AND LIMITATIONS
3.1. Products are digital .watchface files for personal use only.

3.2. You acknowledge:
- Products are sold "AS IS" without warranty
- Compatibility is intended but not guaranteed

- Products may not work with future updates
- We have no obligation to update products

4. LICENSE GRANT
